Subject: My AutoRepoHub.com Experience - Purchased a 2009 John Deere 5075E

After months of research, I finally pulled the trigger on AutoRepoHub.com and wanted to share my experience with the community.

The Good:

  • Found exactly what I wanted - 2009 John Deere 5075E with 1,200 hours
  • Price was 35% below dealer retail
  • Auction process was straightforward
  • Vehicle history report was included
  • Communication was decent (responded within 24hrs)

The Not-So-Good:

  • Hidden fees added $1,250 at checkout (buyer's premium, documentation)
  • Shipping took 3 weeks instead of the estimated 2
  • Minor undisclosed scratches on the hood
  • No option for pre-purchase inspection

Final Thoughts: I'm satisfied with my purchase but frustrated by the hidden fees. The tractor runs great and was worth the price even with fees, but transparency could be better.

Would I use AutoRepoHub again? Yes, but I'll budget 15% extra for hidden fees next time.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good experience with room for improvement.

Great review FarmAuctionPro! I had a very similar experience but wanted to add my 5-star perspective.

I purchased a John Deere 4105 from AutoRepoHub back in August and had a flawless experience. Yes, there are fees (8% buyer's premium plus $199 documentation fee), but these are clearly listed in the terms if you read them carefully.

My tips for success:

  1. READ ALL TERMS before bidding (fees are there, just not prominent)
  2. Ask questions via their message system before auction ends

The tractor arrived exactly as described with only 450 hours. Started right up and has been perfect for my 20-acre property.

I'm giving this a solid 5 stars because I did my homework and wasn't surprised by anything. For the price (even with fees), it was still $8,000 less than local dealers.

Adding my 5-star experience here! I was nervous buying a tractor sight-unseen, but AutoRepoHub made it easy.

My purchase: 2007 Kubota L3400 with front loader

Price paid: $14,500 (bid) + $1,360 (fees) + $850 (shipping) = $16,710 total

Local dealer price: $22,500+ for same specs

That's a $5,790 savings even after all fees!

The tractor arrived clean and operational. Had my local mechanic check it out - he said it was in excellent condition for its age.

What I loved:

  • HUGE selection compared to local auctions
  • Detailed photos from multiple angles
  • Free vehicle history report
  • Payment process was secure
  • Got exactly what was described

I agree fees should be more prominent, but once you know about them, you can budget accordingly. This was my first tractor purchase ever and I'd do it again!

I'm with the original poster on this one - 4 stars from me too.

Bought a Case IH 5250 from AutoRepoHub last month. Overall good experience but a few issues:

The Good:

  • Tractor was exactly as described
  • Good communication from seller
  • Fair price ($18,500 for a 2005 model)
  • Shipping was on time

The Issues:

  • Fees weren't hidden per se, but they're in small print
  • No pre-purchase inspection allowed
  • Their "warranty" is basically non-existent
  • Photos didn't show some minor rust spots

For experienced buyers who know tractors, this is a great resource. For beginners, I'd recommend bringing someone who knows equipment.

The tractor itself has been great - starts every time and handles my 100 acres without issue. Just wish they were more transparent about the "as-is" nature of these sales.

Just wanted to revive this 5-month-old thread with my recent 5-star experience!

I've purchased 3 tractors from AutoRepoHub in the last 60 days for my resale business:

  1. 2008 John Deere 4320 - Perfect condition
  2. 2006 Kubota B3030 - Needed minor repairs
  3. 2009 New Holland T4050 - Excellent buy

Total savings across all 3: $24,500 compared to dealer prices!

What I've learned:

  • The fees are consistent (8% + $199)
  • Shipping varies wildly - get multiple quotes
  • Winter months = better prices (less competition)
  • Weekday auctions = fewer bidders
  • End-of-month auctions = more inventory

For anyone on the fence: Yes, there are fees. Yes, it's "as-is." But the savings are REAL if you do your homework.

Thanks to FarmAuctionPro for starting this thread 5 months ago - it helped me make my first purchase!
